Hand sculpted and carved relief cast in beeswax and hand painted in oil paints. The sculpture rests on a black velvet background. All of my framed relief sculptures feature a convex glass covering to protect from dust. The convex glass also creates a beautiful specimen or diorama look which I prefer. Framed in an 8 inch round black lacquer frame. Each framed wax sculpture comes with a matching black lacquer easel. Choose to hang on the wall or prop on the easel.
